You will work alongside experienced Chartered Surveyors on major refurbishment, building safety and remediation projects across London and the South East. You will be supported, mentored and given real responsibility from day one.
What you will be doing:
- Assisting with building surveys, defects and condition reports
- Supporting specifications, schedules and tender packs
- Working on refurbishment, fire safety and cladding schemes
- Attending site visits, client meetings and progress reviews
- Learning contracts, legislation and the Building Safety Act
What we are looking for:
- RICS accredited degree or near completion
- Clear ambition towards chartership
- Strong foundations in construction and building pathology
- Confident communicator with good attention to detail
- Curious, proactive and keen to learn
