An established interdisciplinary consultancy based in Ascot is looking to appoint an APC level Building Surveyor following continued growth and increasing project workload across London and the South East. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants proper technical development, varied project exposure and strong APC support within a collaborative and highly experienced team. Unlike larger corporate environments where junior surveyors can become siloed, this role offers broad involvement across both project and professional Building Surveying work from day one.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting contract administration and project delivery work
  • Undertaking building surveys, schedules of condition and acquisition surveys
  • Assisting with dilapidations and wider professional instructions
  • Working closely with contractors, consultants and clients
  • Supporting senior surveyors across varied refurbishment and maintenance projects
  • Gaining exposure across the full lifecycle of projects

Sector exposure: Projects span commercial, education, heritage, healthcare and residential sectors including schools, universities, laboratories, offices, private clubs and listed buildings across London and the surrounding counties.
