A growing multidisciplinary consultancy is looking for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join its Nottingham team.

- What you’ll do
- Deliver feasibility studies, cost plans and cashflow forecasts
- Prepare tenders, valuations, cost reports and final accounts
- Support projects from inception through to completion
- Advise public-sector and commercial clients
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Building Surveyors and technical specialists
- Build client relationships and contribute as the service grows
- What we’re looking for
- Quantity Surveying degree or related qualification
- Consultancy experience across pre and post-contract duties
- Around five years’ industry experience preferred
- Working knowledge of JCT or NEC contracts
- Strong communication, organisation and commercial judgement
- Progress towards RICS, CIOB or APM is advantageous
- Interest in sustainability, lifecycle costing, M&E or renewables welcomed
