I’m working with an independent, RICS-regulated Building Consultancy in North Wales that is planning a key hire for early 2027.
The business works across commercial and residential property, combining project and professional Building Surveying with a modern, hands-on approach.
- What you’ll be doing
- Project Management and Contract Administration
- Condition surveys, PPMs and technical inspections
- Defect diagnosis and professional Building Surveying advice
- Refurbishment, repair and improvement projects
- Schedules of Condition and development due diligence
- Work directly with clients, consultants and contractors
- Support projects from initial instruction through to completion
- What we’re looking for
- Building Surveying experience at early to intermediate level
- Comfortable across both project and professional work
- Confident dealing directly with clients
- Able to work independently while continuing to develop
- Practical, commercially aware and keen to broaden your experience
- Based in, or able to work effectively from, North Wales
- Happy to travel nationally when required
- MRICS / APC experience welcomed, but not essential
