We are looking for an experienced and committed Senior Chef de Partie to join the team at Marks Club, a private members dining club based in a serene Mayfair townhouse, serving the finest, award-winning cuisine alongside an outstanding selection of cocktails, wines and cigars. The Club hosts a series of exclusive events throughout the year, including live music on the terrace and an exciting chef series where we welcome internationally acclaimed guest Chefs.

As Senior Chef de Partie you will effectively run a section ensuring the quality of dishes being prepared are consistent and meet the standards of the Head Chef. You will be responsible for ensuring the more junior chefs in the section are given clear direction and effectively supervise to be able to develop their knowledge and skills.
