We are looking for a hardworking, personable and detail-oriented Cloakroom & Club Attendant to join the team at Marks Club , part of The Birley Clubs .
Marks Club is a private members club, located in a refined Mayfair townhouse on Charles Street, with classic mahogany décor and a garden-like terrace space. The Club serves the finest meals delivered with theatrical flair and traditional tableside presentation. Our expert sommeliers guide Members through an extensive wine list, featuring over 60 wines by the glass and a selection of aged clarets.
As Cloakroom & Club Attendant , you will play an important role in ensuring the Club is presented to the highest standards while providing a warm and professional service to our Members and their guests.
You will be responsible for the smooth running of the cloakroom, including the safe and organised storage of Members coats, bags and personal belongings, ensuring items are returned promptly and securely when Members depart.
Alongside your cloakroom responsibilities, you will support the team in maintaining the cleanliness, presentation and overall appearance of the Club , ensuring all areas are kept to the high standards expected at Marks Club.
