Nestled within an elegant townhouse in the heart of Mayfair, Marks Club is one of London's most distinguished private members dining clubs. As Junior Bartender, you will support the bar team in delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards across all bar operations. You will be eager to develop your knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and bar service within a luxury hospitality environment, while assisting senior bartenders in creating memorable experiences for our Members and guests.
You will bring enthusiasm, professionalism and a strong willingness to learn, alongside a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service. Attention to detail, teamwork and a positive attitude are essential in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the bar.
