We are looking for a talented, passionate and service-driven Chef de Rang to join the team at Marks Club, part of The Birley Clubs. Set within an elegant Mayfair townhouse, Marks Club is one of London's most exclusive private members clubs, renowned for exceptional food, refined service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The Club offers award-winning cuisine, an outstanding wine and cocktail programme, and a carefully curated calendar of exclusive events, including live music evenings and internationally acclaimed guest chef collaborations.

As Chef de Rang, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and memorable dining experience for our members and guests. Working closely with the management team, kitchen brigade and front of house colleagues, you will oversee your section during service, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality, presentation and attention to detail are consistently maintained.
