As a Technical Programme Manager, you'll support sophisticated cross team initiatives and programs, ensuring work progresses efficiently through effective planning, coordination and removal of delivery impediments. You will be accountable for owning the end to end delivery of a defined workstream on M&S implementation of SAP. You will build and lead the plan ensuring successful delivery across design, build, test, deployment, and stabilisation. You help identify problems and delivery inefficiencies, support agile ways of working, and strengthen sequencing, dependency management and issue mechanisms within and across teams. You provide practical delivery support through supervising progress, coordinating ceremonies, leading programme budgets, supporting release activities and ensuring clarity of priorities.
What you'll do:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of an SAP workstream or module, ensuring scope, plan, and work are aligned to programme objectives.
- Translate function and technical requirements and solution design decisions for the assigned SAP module into clear, executable workstream plans.
- Establish and maintain workstream governance, delivery cadence, status reporting, RAID management, and decision forums, ensuring the M&S Way of Delivery standards and practices are achieved.
- Drive team delivery efficiency by identifying problems and inefficiencies within teams, actively removing blockers to improve delivery flow.
- Support effective agile ways of working, including planning, ceremonies, prioritisation and delivery difficulty.
Who you are:
- Strong delivery coordination skills and project/ programme management experience.
- Demonstrable experience leading large-scale implementation delivery across business processes, multi-functional teams, and multiple project phases.
- Solid grasp of SAAS product delivery lifecycles, process build, integrations, data migration, testing, and deployment activities. SAP experience preferred.
- Good grasp of programme management tooling such as Jira, Monday.com.
- Ability to identify delivery struggles and inefficiencies and actively remove blockers.
