What You’ll Do:
- Lead the delivery of the full retail plan across all store functions: commercial, operations, people, customer and visual merchandising.
- Drive sales and profitability by owning the Store P&L and using data to make smart business decisions.
- Set clear strategic direction for the store and hold line managers accountable for delivering their part.
- Champion a safe, legal and high-performing store environment, protecting the M&S brand at every level.
- Inspire and grow your leadership team, embedding a culture of continuous improvement and digital capability.

- Proven experience leading high-performing retail teams in a fast-paced, customer-led environment.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to use insight and performance data to drive action.
