Marks & Spencer in the West of England is seeking a proactive colleague to lead the fill operation, delivering a sales floor ready to trade and coordinating resources to serve, sell and fill.
You will support opening and closing of the store as a key holder, coach colleagues on best practice, maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented environment, and provide exceptional customer service across early and late shifts, with an extra £3 per hour for unsocial hours 22:00–06:00.
