Marks & Spencer is recruiting a Supply and Demand Manager on a 12‑month fixed term contract to lead a team of planners and shape demand forecasting across Food on the Move and Hospitality. The role requires embedding best practices, driving availability, and partnering with senior leaders to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

You will be on site at our Support Office in Paddington three days a week, balancing complexity, data insights and supplier relationships to support launches.
