Ready to lead a high impact finance team and elevate how we pay, partner and perform? As our P2P Manager, you’ll lead all aspects of supplier statement reconciliations, our vendor experience helpdesk and reconciliations teams, bringing pace, control and insight to a business‑facing function that underpins trading every day. You’ll coach a 15‑strong team (with 2–3 direct reports), grow capability, and deliver outcomes that colleagues and suppliers feel immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead, organise and coach the Purchase to Pay teams (Supplier Statement Reconciliations, Vendor Experience Helpdesk) to deliver outstanding service and control.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline, increasing capability and the mix of high‑potential colleagues across P2P.
  • Drive continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, control and insight, using data to advise on decisions and actions.
  • Own scope and service reviews, ensuring clear standards and consistent delivery for Business Units.
  • Translate changing priorities into action, guiding the team through change with clarity and momentum.

Who You Are:

  • Proven people leader who has managed and improved a Purchase to Pay team in complex environments.
  • Qualified or part‑qualified accountant with solid understanding of end‑to‑end P2P processes.
  • Process‑improvement track record, strengthening controls and turning data into actionable insight.
  • Confident senior business partner, adapting communication and influence to land outcomes.
  • Resilient and engaging team‑builder, creating a positive environment where people perform and grow.
