About the role
Great stores need great leaders. This programme is designed to accelerate you into store leadership, combining hands-on experience with structured development. From day one, you\’ll be rolling up your sleeves, delivering for customers, and learning what it takes to run a multi-million-pound store.
What you\’ll be doing
You\’ll begin your journey as a Customer Assistant, gaining first-hand experience of the routines and processes that keep our stores running smoothly. This grounding will give you insight into every department and help you understand the impact each role has on our customers. By December, you\’ll already be leading your own project in store, building confidence and accountability.
From there, you\’ll step into a Shift Manager role, taking responsibility for leading and motivating a team. You\’ll continue to progress towards Deputy Store Manager and Store Manager positions within 12-18 months, gaining the skills and experience to manage an entire store, deliver regional projects, and strengthen your commercial understanding.
What you\’ll need
You don\’t need a specific degree subject to apply. This is about mindset: ambition, resilience, and determination. You\’ll need strong communication skills, the ability to adapt quickly, and the confidence to step up and lead.
