As the Range & Display Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering the most optimal planograms and ranging across ROI & NI in both our Franchise and Main chain Stores. You’ll ensure our stores are simple for customers to shop, align with business display principles and meet our operational requirements. You’ll work in collaboration with Retail, Supply Chain, UK SRD and Irish commercial teams to ensure delivery against a critical path through effective workload management and a solution driven mindset. As well as the day to day, you’ll be responsible for evolving and continuously improving strategy and processes, adding to the overall performance of the Island of Ireland. The role is based in our Waterside Support Centre, with expectations of travel to Ireland.

What you’ll do:
Your key accountabilities will include:
- Reporting into the Head of Space, overseeing and involved with the delivery of Irish specific category planograms, ensuring that they are updated to the agreed critical path in line with range updates and accurately reflect Irish ranging, display and operational principles
- Maximising range opportunities in both NI and ROI, establishing and upkeeping strong range governance and application
- Work collaboratively with stores and Irish commercial teams to identify commercial opportunities, conducting analysis to support and execute recommendations and optimising choice in every planogram
- Regularly visit stores across both ROI and NI as well as spend time in the Dublin office
- Provide display and space related management information such as shelf efficiency, product ‘look and feel’, ease of shop, customer blocking, and provide recommendations for potential enhancements
- Ownership of the end to end Irish SRD range review critical path, ensuring key milestones are being adhered to and there is constant review and improvement

- Blueyonder space planning software experience preferred but full training provided
