Overview
Organises the delivery of key strategic initiatives across Store Operations, ensuring activity is clear, connected and lands effectively in stores. Operates across a broad portfolio of projects, driving structure, momentum and execution while remaining agile to evolving priorities. Ensures projects and workflow are synced, connected and always mindful of the impact on shops and customers.

- Connects plans, dependencies and risks across Store Support and wider CSO
- Translates complex activity into clear, actionable plans
- Keeps a strong store‑first lens across decision making and delivery
