What you’ll do
Your key accountabilities will include
- Leads strategy and implementation of NPD (New Product Development) across all categories and drives real change and market-leading innovation.
- Never rests in their pursuit for ultimate quality at every tier and puts the customer at the heart of every product related decision.
- Achieve your KPI’s and objectives.
- Follow P&PP (Product & Packaging Pathway) development process, managing highly complex projects to ensure critical path targets are met for cluster, communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Challenges continuous improvement to business processes to support the continued development of the NP (New Product) function as the world’s leading NPD team.
