Marks & Spencer is seeking a Platform & Engineering Manager for Productivity Engineering to own the platform strategy and lifecycle across Microsoft 365, Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Power Platform and Copilot. You will lead engineering teams, drive automation, resilience and secure adoption of AI and collaboration capabilities to deliver measurable business value.

You will build high-performing teams, manage budgets and vendors, and ensure security, cost-efficiency and alignment.
