We're looking for a highly organised, proactive Personal Assistant to support our Kidswear Director within Fashion, Home & Beauty. This is a fast-paced and varied role where you'll be at the heart of the business, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently behind the scenes. You’ll be a trusted partner, managing priorities, coordinating activity, and enabling the Director to focus on what matters most. If you enjoy bringing structure to complexity, working at pace, and delivering high-quality support, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact. Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Provide proactive, high-quality support to the Kidswear Director, ensuring priorities, deadlines and goals are effectively managed and communicated.
  • Manage complex diaries, meetings and appointments, ensuring facilities are in place and briefing materials are prepared and shared in advance.
  • Coordinate administrative activity including UK and international travel, purchase orders and expense claims, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Act as a first point of contact, confidently handling queries and managing communications with internal and external business partners.
  • Support key meetings and events by preparing agendas, collating and distributing papers, and following up on actions to ensure timely completion.

Your skills will include:

  • Highly organised with strong planning skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build effective relationships across a wide range of business partners.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and comfortable using business systems and new technology.
  • Able to work at pace, demonstrate sound judgement, and handle competing priorities and time-sensitive tasks with professionalism.
  • Trusted and discreet, maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times and acting as a positive ambassador for the business.
