Marks & Spencer is offering the Not Just Any Career scheme for 18-24 learners to start their career as a Customer Assistant.

You’ll learn how to deliver five-star service, support customers and help our stores run smoothly during a 12-week training cycle.

After completing the training, you’ll have regular line-manager check-ins and can apply for Shift Lead training to progress toward a Retail Leader role, developing leadership, operational excellence and customer focus as you grow with M&S.
