Your key accountabilities will include:

  • High levels of administration including sales, data and trend analysis, running daily sales reports, maintaining departmental records and handling PO processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of stock.
  • Working closely with the Merchandiser and Assistant Merchandiser to respond to various ad‑hoc administration requests.
  • Learning and owning internal IT systems to maintain accurate data through meticulous mapping.
  • Assisting in managing catalogues and creating range plans under the mentorship of the Assistant Merchandiser.
  • Developing positive relationships with suppliers, sourcing offices, and internal teams such as Buying, Allocating, and Stores.

Your skills and experience will include:

  • The ability to learn quickly, act fast, work autonomously and be flexible to high periods of demand.
  • Extremely organised, able to handle multiple tasks and prioritise in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Confident to learn and utilise complex IT systems including Range Planner, SAP, and other merchandising tools.
  • Excellent communication to build strong, positive relationships across the business.
  • A passion for retail, our products and the customer with a desire to always aim higher, learn from the best and drive your own career.
