We're looking for a Senior Finance Manager to take charge of our Order to Cash function and help us Build a Better M&S. This is your opportunity to shape the future of finance operations, driving standard process, automation, and innovative technology like SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Vistex. Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Lead and inspire a team of 20 across Revenue Recognition, Billing, Cash Application, and Credit Control.
  • Drive the roadmap for standard process, standardisation, and automation within Order to Cash.
  • Champion the implementation and optimisation of SAP S/4HANA and other next-gen tools.
  • Ensure accurate revenue recognition, reconciliations, and proactive credit risk management.
  • Deliver actionable insights through data analysis to support business decisions.

Your skills will include:

  • Qualified Accountant (or equivalent) with strong communication skills at all levels.
  • Proven expertise in Order to Cash processes and global standard methodology.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP (preferably S/4HANA), Power BI, and Blackline.
  • Ability to innovate using AI and automation to drive efficiency.
