As PMO Manager for the Landmark program, you'll support the Head of PMO by leading the day-to-day PMO operations, governance and reporting rhythm for a major multi-year transformation program across M&S. You'll help keep delivery on track by bringing structure, clarity and pace across planning, RAID management, change control and stakeholder coordination, working closely with program leadership, workstream leads, PMO colleagues and D&T stakeholders.

What you'll do

  • Lead the day-to-day PMO rhythm, including stand-ups, governance forums, reporting cadences and weekly deliverables.
  • Coordinate PMO Admin workload, ad hoc leadership requests and quality-check outputs to support clear, timely decision-making.
  • Support the integrated program plan, identifying deviations early and helping teams understand impacts and next steps.
  • Own RAID and change control processes, making sure risks, issues and change requests are logged, assessed, escalated and progressed through governance.
  • Partner with PMO Admins, SI PMOs, workstream leads and senior stakeholders, providing coaching, support and cover for PMO Lead responsibilities when needed.

Who you are

  • Experience in program governance within a large, multi-workstream environment, with strong facilitation skills.
  • Able to manage and support others by setting clear expectations, prioritising work and maintaining delivery standards.
  • Comfortable working with integrated plans across interdependent workstreams, using Monday.com or similar tools.
  • You bring a strong understanding of risk, issue and change control processes, including impact assessment across scope, cost and schedule.
  • Able to turn ambiguous requests into clear briefs, make timely decisions and support senior stakeholder conversations when required.
