We are turbo charging our digital strategy and transforming how M&S values data. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Data & AI team, to support the delivery of our transformation goals and champion a culture of data-driven decision making. As a Product Manager, you will tackle enterprise problems with one of our business units. Drive product strategy by partnering with stakeholders and applying a deep understanding of the value chain to deliver measurable business impact. Specialising in discovery, you will be responsible for the lifecycle of a product from design and build, through to launch and ongoing support. Working alongside technical experts in data analytics, data science and data engineering, you will translate business problems to solve - whilst simplifying the complex back to colleagues.

What you will do:

  • Understand business problems and use cases in detail to reach solution hypothesis.
  • Drive discovery and development of data & AI solutions with cross functional teams.
  • Manage and balance priorities of stakeholders, ensuring roadmaps and product strategies align with business goals.
  • Ensure product outcomes are defined and measured throughout the lifecycle, whilst articulating value generation.
  • Evangelise data-led decision making and drive adoption with colleagues.

Who you are:

  • A curious and motivated product manager, or someone with adjacent experience eager to grow in the Data & AI space.
  • Familiar with data science, advanced analytics, or AI concepts.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, solving problems and collaborating across teams.
  • A clear communicator who enjoys bringing ideas to life.
