Join our Team as a Merchandise Admin Assistant for International Marketplaces and help supercharge our product performance! As a Merchandise Admin Assistant, this role provides vital administrative and merchandising support — ensuring data accuracy, maintaining essential reports, tracking intake and stock levels, and driving commercial performance through timely, insight-led analysis.
The position supports smooth product launches and replenishment across multiple platforms, contributing to sales targets and strengthening partnerships with international customers and marketplace teams. This role is perfect for someone with exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a proactive, can-do attitude—especially if they thrive in a fast‑paced, commercially driven environment!
NB This is a Fixed Term role for 12 months and is full‑time role based at our Paddington Support Office a minimum of three days a week.
What you’ll do:
- Drive daily sales reporting and support trading decisions with sharp, insight‑led analysis.
- Own key trackers and ad‑hoc reporting, turning data into clear, actionable trade insights.
- Manage order uploads and POs with precision, ensuring issues are identified and resolved fast.
- Partner closely with Logistics, Commercial, and Brand teams to deliver sales and stock objectives.
- Bring confident, data‑driven input to trade meetings, elevating visibility and performance.
Who you are:
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, track performance, and use insights to drive sales and future growth.
- Advanced Excel user, confident in managing and analysing data across multiple systems including IBT, PLM, Power BI, and SAP.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator, skilled in building strong relationships with Marketplace partners, Supply Chain, Online, and international teams.
- Highly organised and proactive, thriving in a fast‑paced, agile team environment and demonstrating a positive, solution-focused approach.
- Commercially aware with a strong product affinity, understanding critical path management and how to optimise product performance across global marketplaces.
