Marks & Spencer is seeking an experienced Homeware Designer to join our Kitchen category on a 12-month maternity cover contract, shaping beautiful, commercial ranges across dinnerware, glassware and textiles.
You’ll drive the category strategy and work closely with Buying, Technical and Design teams to bring ideas from concept to delivery.
You’ll lead and coach the JD/AD design team, ensuring design handwriting stays aligned with M&S style while maintaining customer-focused product stories.
