As a Deputy Store Manager in Fashion, Home & Beauty, you’ll help bring the best of M&S style to life, leading your teams to deliver five-star service, outstanding visual standards, and sales growth in a fast-paced retail space.
You’ll support the Store Manager in shaping the store’s commercial direction and customer experience and step up to lead the full operation when needed.
