What You’ll Do

  • Define and evolve architecture strategy, target state and roadmaps across colleague productivity & enablement.
  • Drive simplification and modernisation of the technology landscape, reducing cost and improving experience.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Security and stakeholders to align business and technical priorities.
  • Lead architecture governance, standards and best practice across the platform landscape.
  • Act as a trusted technical leader, influencing decisions and guiding delivery at squad and programme level.

Who You Are

  • Proven experience in enterprise architecture within large, complex organisations.
  • Strong understanding of digital workplace technologies (collaboration, productivity, workplace tech, end‑user devices).
  • Track record of delivering technology transformation at scale.
  • Confident stakeholder management with the ability to influence and drive alignment at senior level.
  • Ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable architecture plans and outcomes.
