What You’ll Do
- Define and evolve architecture strategy, target state and roadmaps across colleague productivity & enablement.
- Drive simplification and modernisation of the technology landscape, reducing cost and improving experience.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Security and stakeholders to align business and technical priorities.
- Lead architecture governance, standards and best practice across the platform landscape.
- Act as a trusted technical leader, influencing decisions and guiding delivery at squad and programme level.
Who You Are
- Proven experience in enterprise architecture within large, complex organisations.
- Strong understanding of digital workplace technologies (collaboration, productivity, workplace tech, end‑user devices).
- Track record of delivering technology transformation at scale.
- Confident stakeholder management with the ability to influence and drive alignment at senior level.
- Ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable architecture plans and outcomes.
