- Follow safe, legal and financial-crime processes to ensure accuracy and compliance at every step, protecting customers and the business.
- Engage with customers, spot opportunities, and deliver a brilliant experience, maintaining fast, focused and proactive service.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the store, sharing Travel Money knowledge and supporting teamwork to build confidence and capability in others.
- Adapt quickly to store priorities, work at pace, and maintain “best in town” standards of presentation, availability, and service.
