Are you passionate about fashion and eager to start your career in the retail industry? We're looking for a highly organised Buying Admin Assistant (BAA) to join our dynamic Clothing & Home team. In this role, you'll support the Buying team to create and deliver product ranges that resonate with our customers. You'll be at the heart of the action, helping to manage product development, analysing market trends, and ensuring our collections are both innovative and commercially successful.

Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Analysing market trends, competitor products, and historical sales data to compile and present findings that support the development of commercially successful product ranges.
  • Working closely with the Buying team to assist in the development of fashion‑forward products, ensuring that each item aligns with customer needs and market trends.
  • Organising and managing the daily sample process, ensuring timely and accurate tracking of products.
  • Assisting in monitoring the critical path to ensure that all product development milestones are met.
  • Building strong relationships with internal teams such as Design, Merchandising, and Sourcing, as well as external suppliers, to support the delivery of our product ranges.
