Working at the heart of the Ireland Supply Chain team, you'll own and influence key planning activity across the Franchise estate, partnering with Commercial, Category, Franchise and Retail teams to drive strong performance.

As our Ireland Franchise Planner, you'll lead short and long term planning activities, turning seasonal events, local opportunities, business changes and periods of disruption into clear supply chain actions.

You'll use data, insight and collaboration to identify opportunities, manage risk and support sales growth across the Franchise estate.

This role involves balancing multiple priorities, interpreting complex information and making informed decisions that support both customer and business outcomes.

You'll work with a wide range of stakeholders across the business, using evidence, insight and planning expertise to influence decisions and improve performance.

  • Translate seasonal events, local opportunities and business changes into clear supply chain plans, proactively identifying risks and opportunities to support performance.
  • Use data, store insight and commercial understanding to identify trends, test assumptions and drive better business outcomes.
  • Partner with Franchise Partners and stakeholders across Commercial, Retail and Supply Chain teams to align priorities and deliver results.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, simplifying processes and implementing new ways of working that enhance customer and business performance.

Who you are

  • Bring proven experience in forecasting, supply chain planning, inventory management or a highly analytical role where you've used data to shape business decisions.
  • Make well considered decisions when balancing competing priorities, ambiguity and changing business requirements.
  • Translate complex data and insight into clear actions that improve commercial and operational performance.
  • Build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, influencing decisions through expertise, collaboration and evidence based thinking.
  • Work effectively in a fast paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and delivering against commitments.
