What you’ll do:
- Lead inbound compliance performance across suppliers, primary distribution and depots, ensuring consistent standards are met across the network.
- Develop and support your team, setting clear expectations and enabling them to deliver high standards of compliance performance.
- Drive supplier performance through data, insight and engagement, resolving compliance issues and improving accuracy of inbound stock and payments.
- Collaborate with logistics, finance, trading and supply chain teams to identify root causes and deliver continuous improvement in end‑to‑end processes.
- Support network transformation activity, embedding new systems and practices into operational delivery.
Who you are:
- Experienced in supply chain or operations with a strong understanding of compliance, product flow and supplier performance.
- Confident using data and insight to guide decisions and influence outcomes.
- Comfortable having direct, sometimes challenging conversations to uphold standards and protect performance.
- Experienced in supporting or managing others, with a focus on clarity, consistency and team delivery.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
