What you'll do
- Plan & deliver market leading product photography
- Ensure SLAs are met on the delivery of assets to the DAM
- Build strong relationships and collaborate with business unit colleagues to ensure that the outputs delivered are to the M&S strategic growth ambitions
- Manage critical paths around product photography shoots, campaign launches & key trade initiatives
- Support sample process, ensuring samples arrive on time and escalating when needed
- Communicate any changes/ additional output requests to our studio retouch team
- Establish and maintain close relationships with the studio partners, Business Units, styling teams and key internal stakeholders to support in the delivery of product imagery
- Support our key transformation pillars
- Keep up to date with key competitors and broader industry trends
Who you are
- Strong understanding of creative production processes
- Good brand awareness and ability to interpret guidelines into tangible actions
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a proven ability to work at pace and meet deadlines
- Good leadership and line management skills (where applicable) with a clear focus on driving career development and performance
- Strong communicator and relationship builder, with experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience in a variety of systems and digital tools, and proficient using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Commercial awareness, with an understanding of business priorities in relation to trading performance
