At Marks & Spencer, we're on a mission to deliver an inspiring, trend-led Home offer that customers love. We're now looking for a talented and experienced Print Designer to join our Homeware team and help bring our Kitchens & Home vision to life.

As part of our dynamic Design team, you'll play a key role in creating exciting, on-trend print and pattern designs that elevate our product and strengthen our Home brand identity. This is an opportunity to push creative boundaries, influence product success and contribute to the acceleration of our Home vision.

Working within a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you'll translate trends and customer insight into commercially successful print designs across a variety of home categories. You'll partner closely with Buying, Merchandising and Product Development teams to ensure designs are beautifully executed from concept to launch.

Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Deliver Print / graphic requirements in the Kitchens category
  • Deliver key print looks and stories across departments in line with seasonal Design Briefs
  • Manage and deliver prints through the full product development process, creating confident print statements from concept through to production
  • Maintain consistently high standards from initial print concept through to tech-pack-ready artwork, submitted to the Sourcing Office via PLM
  • Apply in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of industry print techniques to deliver the best product outcome, working closely with the appropriate Technologist

Who you are:

  • Expert in the field of print design with significant design experience
  • Relevant Design experience within kitchenware, homeware or hard goods categories or relevant commercial experience
  • Awareness of relevant manufacturing processes and quality considerations
  • Strong trend awareness with the ability to interpret trends in a way that is right for the M&S customer
  • High level of proficiency in relevant design software, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign (Rhino/ SolidWorks an advantage)
  • Curiosity in AI
