Working Hours: Sunday 10:00-17:00, Tuesday 10:00-17:00, Wednesday 10:00-17:00, Saturday 10:00-17:00. During the weeks commencing 14th and 21st December all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full time.
Overview: Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in our café, where you’ll champion our food and drink offerings, share knowledge of trends, and promote our café menu with remarkable service.
Key Accountabilities:
- Serve customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure shelves are stocked.
- Monitor and achieve daily sales targets, priorities, promotions and selling opportunities.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, make recommendations and deliver remarkable service.
- Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services.
- Use all digital tools and communication channels to deliver for the customer every time.
