Work Pattern:

  • Week 1: Tue – 16:00‑22:30, Thu – 16:00‑22:30, Fri – 16:00‑22:30, Sat – 16:00‑22:30
  • Week 2: Mon – 16:00‑22:30, Thu – 16:00‑22:30, Fri – 16:00‑22:30, Sat – 16:00‑22:30

About the Role: Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations, you’ll be the backstage powerhouse of our stores. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage stock and deliveries to ensure the shop floor remains full, clean and ready for customers.
  • Carry out all vital behind‑the‑scenes work to keep the flow of products moving with urgency and accuracy.
  • Work across the wider store as needed, adapting quickly to keep pace with retail demands.
  • Use digital tools confidently to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently, focusing on availability and speed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across functions, being a key cog in a big machine and supporting teammates throughout the store.
  • Flexibility is vital – from early morning deliveries to shifting stock late into the day, you’ll adapt quickly to keep things moving.
