We're looking for a Business Domain Architect to lead the technology direction across our Central domain, covering Finance, HR, Property and other core business areas. This role plays a key part in shaping architecture strategy, defining target states and guiding investment decisions across a complex landscape. You'll partner with senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering and the wider business to simplify, modernise and deliver long‑term value.
Your key accountabilities will include:
- Define and evolve architecture strategy, target state and domain roadmaps aligned to business priorities
- Set direction on multi‑year architecture plans and technology blueprints, driving simplification and efficiency
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards, security requirements and platform strategies
- Lead architecture governance and guide decision‑making across Product, Engineering and business teams
- Act as a trusted advisor to domain leadership, shaping technology direction and enabling delivery
Your skills and experience will include:
- Strong experience in enterprise architecture within large, complex organisations
- Proven track record delivering technology transformation and modernisation at scale
- Deep understanding of architecture patterns, integration and modern engineering practices
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across teams
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into clear, actionable plans
