What You’ll Do

• Create benchmark recipes that set us apart and inspire innovation.
• Deliver exciting new ideas through our culinary innovation plan.
• Research trends and turn insights into real, delicious products.
• Collaborate with product developers to bring concepts to life.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.

Who You Are

• Shown experience in professional kitchens or development kitchens.

>A creative approach to recipe and product development.

• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Curiosity about food trends and emerging techniques.
• Ability to turn ideas into supply‑ready recipes.
