Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full time during the weeks commencing 14th and 21st December. The role includes a +£3.00 p/h unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00 and 06:00.
Working patterns are provided below and are subject to change based on business needs.
Work pattern
Week 1: Monday 17:15 – 21:15; Tuesday 16:30 – 21:15; Saturday 13:15 – 21:15. Week 2: Sunday 12:15 – 20:15; Monday 17:15 – 21:15; Thursday 16:30 – 21:15.

Responsibilities
- Accept deliveries, unpack goods, and prepare crates to ensure the shop floor is stocked.
- Maintain stock levels and ensure products are available for customers at all times.
- Use in-store systems and tools to track deliveries and manage stock.
- Collaborate with colleagues to keep operations running smoothly and support a positive team environment.
Key Accountabilities
- Serve customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points.
- Keep the store clean and tidy and ensure shelves are stocked.
- Monitor and respond to daily sales targets, priorities, promotions and opportunities.
- Proactively engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide excellent service.
- Develop product knowledge to recommend products and services.
- Receive training to utilise digital tools and communication channels to deliver for the customer.
