You\\\βll be responsible for accepting deliveries, unpacking goods, and preparing crates to ensure our shop floor is always fully stocked. Through your efficiency and agility, you\\\βll help create a seamless shopping experience by keeping products available for our customers at all times. Being digitally confident is essential; you\\\βll use our in-store systems and tools to track deliveries, manage stock, and make sure our products are exactly where they need to be. Being a team player is crucial; you\\\βll work closely with colleagues from across the store to ensure a smooth operation, supporting your team and helping to create an inclusive environment. Flexibility is vital; you should be confident working across various operational tasks and be ready to adapt to the changing needs of the store.

- Deliver best in town\\\β standards through presentation standards, availability and keeping the store clean and tidy
- Skilled to utilise all digital tools and communication channels to do the job
- Share customer and colleague feedback to help us do things better
- Share knowledge and experience with colleagues to support others in building skill and confidence
- Own their own learning & development and proactively access digital learning solutions
- Know the daily sales targets, priorities, promotions & selling opportunities
- Have great product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and make recommendations
- Understand the store priorities and their part to play
- Complete tasks with pace and in line with SOPs
- Minimise cost and waste through good process practice
- Follow safe and legal working practices
