Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you\’ll become a champion of our high‑quality products, great value offers, and excellent customer service. Key Accountabilities
- Serve customers efficiently, both on the shop floor and at service points.
- Keep the store clean and tidy, ensuring shelves are always stocked with product.
- Monitor and deliver on daily sales targets, priorities, promotions and selling opportunities.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, make recommendations and deliver remarkable service throughout their visit.
- Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services.
- Utilise all digital tools and communication channels to deliver for the customer every time.

Pay
£12.60 per hour.
Additional £3.00 per hour for any hours worked between 22:00 and 06:00.
Work Pattern
Week 1: Sunday 06:00–14:30, Monday 04:30–13:00, Tuesday 04:30–13:00, Wednesday 04:30–13:00, Friday 04:30–13:00.
Week 2: Monday 04:30–13:00, Wednesday 04:30–13:00, Thursday 04:30–13:00, Friday 04:30–13:00, Saturday 04:30–13:00.
