Overview
Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Foods section (Falkirk Simply Food). You’ll champion high-quality products, value offers, and customer service. We’re seeking passionate individuals with knowledge of M&S Food products to share with customers.
Working pattern
Sunday 1700 – 2300, Thursday 1700 – 2300, Friday 1700 – 2300, Saturday 1700 – 2300
As a brand ambassador ready to recommend our newest Food products, you\’ll deliver remarkable service so customers feel valued every time they shop with us.
Purpose
To deliver a great shopping experience; put customers before tasks; champion our products; be the voice of our customers to help us improve.
Key Accountabilities
- Serve our customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points
- Keep the store clean and tidy, ensure shelves are stocked
- Monitor and deliver on daily sales targets, priorities, promotions and selling opportunities
- Proactively engage with customers to understand needs, make recommendations and deliver remarkable service
- Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services
- Training to utilise digital tools and communication channels to deliver for the customer
