Responsibilities
- Deliver five‑star service at pace.
- Manage a high‑pressure environment and ensure customers receive products quickly.
- Sell, fill shelves, and help drive sales growth.
- Utilise digital tools such as Sparks and in‑store devices to enhance the customer experience.
- Represent M&S as a committed brand ambassador, recommending and selling new food products.
