Customer Assistant - Fashion Home & Beauty - Oxford

Responsibilities
- Serve our customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points.
- Keep the store clean and tidy, with shelves stocked and products available.
- Monitor and deliver on daily sales targets, priorities, promotions, and selling opportunities.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, make recommendations, and deliver remarkable service.
- Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services.
- Utilise digital tools and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience and meet customer needs.
- Work as a team to create an inclusive store environment and support colleagues and the local community.
- Be flexible to work across various areas of the store and adapt to changing retail demands.

Requirements and Expectations
