Cafe Customer Assistant

Work Pattern

  • Week 1 – Sunday 11‑15:45, Monday 9:30‑17:30, Thursday 13:30‑17:30
  • Week 2 – Monday 9:30‑17:30, Thursday 09:00‑13:00, Saturday 10:00‑14:45

Responsibilities & Expectations

As a frontline team member in the Food section, you will:

  • Deliver five‑star service at pace, supporting customers during all store hours.
  • Recommend and sell new food products, acting as a brand ambassador.
  • Maintain calm and focused performance during high‑pressure peak times.
  • Utilise digital tools such as Sparks and in‑store devices to enhance the customer experience.
  • Support across different areas of the store, adapting to changing demands.
  • Help drive sales growth through excellent customer service.
