What you'll do:
- Responsible for running the planning, execution, and governance of the transformation programme within the Marketing function.
- This role ensures delivery of measurable outcomes aligned to business objectives and supports the implementation of a robust governance framework to track progress, manage risks, and report effectively to relevant sponsors.
- Run the end-to-end delivery of the Marketing Transformation programme, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Define programme scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams with Online, Digital & Tech & Foods.
- Develop and embed a governance framework to ensure structured programme oversight, decision-making, and risk management.
- Establish and maintain reporting and meeting cadences to track progress and escalate issues proactively.
- Lead programme meetings and ensure timely submission of progress reports, investment updates, and performance metrics.
- Manage senior stakeholders across Marketing, IT, Finance, Online and external partners to ensure alignment, buy-in, and collaboration.
- Facilitate change management by working closely with impacted teams to ensure successful adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
- Identify programme-level risks and dependencies, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure resource allocation is aligned with priorities.
- Manage programme budgets, including supplier-spend, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value delivery.
- Timely delivery of programme milestones against scope and budget.
- Clear and transparent reporting with no surprises.
- Demonstrable improvements in marketing effectiveness, efficiency, and capability as per business cases.
Who you are:
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional transformation programmes (ideally in Marketing, Digital or Commercial BUs).
- Strong understanding of marketing operations, technology, and data-driven decision-making.
- Expertise in programme governance, project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Prince2), and reporting frameworks.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, drive clarity, and lead change.
- Professional qualification in Programme / Project Management (e.g., MSP, PMP) would be desirable.
- Familiarity with marketing platforms (e.g. Adobe, HubSpot) and data tools (e.g. Power BI) would be an advantage.
- Experience working with external consultants or marketing agencies.
