We're looking for a Product Manager to help shape and deliver innovative technology solutions that power the day to day operations and growth of our Fashion, Home & Beauty business and enhance our Brand Partners experience when working with M&S.
As part of the Fashion, Home and Beauty, Brands, D&T team, you'll form and drive the product strategy for our Brands Hub. You'll collaborate closely with the FH&B business, Brand Partners, architecture and engineering to identify opportunities, solve real-world problems, and drive improvements in efficiency across the Support Centre.
You'll work with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle - from discovery and design to delivery and optimisation - while embracing agile ways of working and supporting data-driven decision making.
What you'll do:
- Collaborate with partners to define and prioritise product requirements and features that align with the team's mission.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that ensures all products are aligned with business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
- Lead cross-functional teams to complete product development, from conceptualisation to launch and ongoing iteration.
- Ensure products are crafted and developed with a colleague-centric approach, and capture colleague feedback to advise product improvements.
- Define key product metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay ahead of trends and competitive landscape to ensure our products remain innovative and ahead of the curve.
- Work closely with other product teams across the organization to ensure alignment and teamwork.
Who you are:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to lead and influence partners at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong analytical abilities and experience with data-driven decision making.
- Ability to work in an agile development environment, with a proven understanding of agile methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with UX design principles and experience working with design teams to build intuitive and user-friendly products.
- A passion for technology and innovation, with the ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies.
- Experience working in the retail sector.
