You will collaborate with our people partners to provide deep insights and data analysis, enabling data-driven decision making and progressive changes. Building strong relationships with our people team, offering leadership, guidance and strategic recommendations on workforce analysis and scenario modelling.
Working alongside the Head of People Analytics, you will align team objectives and deliver top tier people data and intelligence across the business. Support and mentor the People Analytics reporting team to help enhance their skills and capabilities to drive standard process, innovation and efficiency.
Your key accountabilities will include:
- Utilise your expertise in understanding our people metrics, including the levers, interplays and dependencies, to provide the necessary insight and commentary to drive decision making and action.
- Ensure robust measurement and storytelling of the big priorities within the People plan, providing regular review/critical assessment of progress, business impact, whether we are adding new value and transforming the business and see opportunities for improvement in ways of working as a result.
- Create a rhythm and routine around insight delivery to proactively see opportunities to improve and demonstrate impact. Champion insight driven approaches to problem solving and decision making and help to enhance the data and insight culture across the business.
- Utilise advanced analytics and relevant data products that support the strategy and improve the impact of our outputs.
- Participate in a High-Performance culture, where we deliver a simpler, faster, efficient and performance-driven organisation that is closer to colleagues and enables them to be their best.
Your skills and experience will include:
- The ability to tell a story with data, through both compelling narrative and impactful visuals.
- Passionate about the field of People Analytics and knowledge of emerging trends and standard processes.
- Articulate and able to communicate to different business partners with varying levels of data expertise with the ability to influence at senior levels to drive business change using data-led decisions.
- An expert with common data tools e.g. Microsoft Excel as well as experience with modern BI tools e.g. Power BI, Spotfire, Tableau. Experience with statistical tools and methodology an advantage e.g. SQL, Python, R, Machine Learning, Predictive Modelling.
- Able to build strong relationships and build trust among your business partner network. A hands-on approach and a strong team mentality with the ability to coach and support.
