To achieve this, we are accelerating growth in our international business—transforming how we operate, driving change at pace, and reimagining processes to deliver seamless experiences for every customer.
This role drives commercial performance and Profit & Loss (P&L) delivery, shapes the channel strategy in line with wider brand and business objectives, and works cross-functionally with buying, merchandising, supply chain, finance, and marketing to ensure seamless execution across trading, operations, and advertising.
Responsibilities include managing the day-to-day Vendor Central account, overseeing content and conversion optimisation, and leading Joint Business Planning to unlock growth opportunities. The role also delivers clear reporting and insight-led recommendations, while supporting expansion into international Amazon marketplaces—combining commercial acumen with operational rigor to achieve sustainable, profitable growth.
If you are motivated by the challenge of delivering profitable, sustainable growth in a fast-paced environment and bring hands-on experience managing Amazon for a consumer brand, strong knowledge of Amazon algorithms and SEO, confidence navigating compliance issues, and proven success in Amazon Advertising optimisation, we would love to hear from you!
Your key accountabilities will include:
- P&L & Commercial Ownership - Own the Amazon P&L including pricing, margin, budgets, and trade terms in collaboration with finance.
- Joint Business Planning - Lead the JBP with Amazon, including QBRs and annual planning cycles.
- Optimise day-to-day operations - Optimise and maintain product listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, A+ content) & conversion. Resolve any listing issues, suppressed ASINs, and data discrepancies on platforms.
- Advertising & Media - Work closely with marketing to drive optimum and profitable traffic building out an event calendar featuring PPC and brand events with clear ROAS/TACoS accountability.
Your skills and experience will include:
- Strong commercial mindset, with a focus on delivering against targets and identifying opportunities that drive channel growth.
- Agile and action-oriented, able to quickly recognise commercial opportunities and mobilise both self and others to deliver results.
- Highly analytical, with exceptional numeracy skills and the ability to evaluate campaign performance, investment effectiveness, and key KPIs.
- Deep Amazon expertise, ideally with 4-5 years' experience managing Amazon for a consumer clothing brand, including strong knowledge of algorithms, buy box dynamics, SEO, and ranking factors.
- Hands-on marketplace operator, confident in navigating compliance challenges, resolving operational issues, and optimising Amazon Advertising performance (including PPC, analysis, and ongoing optimisation).
