As a Head of Product you will lead the Product Management function to be passionate about building products that customers love, directing the function from design and build through to launch and maintenance. You will act as the voice of the customer at the intersection of technology and business and be the primary driver of the groups/domain vision overseeing the development and management of the Product roadmaps based on the business strategies. You will be prioritising work to maximise customer and business value and work as an equal partner alongside our Engineering and Technical Programme Delivery Leaders to measure and drive the success of the domain products, ensuring solutions are valuable, viable, usable, and feasible for the customer. You will be defining and tracking success measures, balancing short term goals with longer term objectives and make data driven decisions on whether to adjust, refine or pivot.
As Head of Product, you will be a domain expert overseeing the innovation and improvement of the products, analysing market and competitive conditions, utilising your experience to set a product vision that differentiates and delivers unique value based on customer demands. You will play a key role in shaping the Product Management discipline to help bring about an innovative, product-led culture that allows M&S products to be built at scale with high agility and as a leader, drive, coach and support the continuous maturity of the Product Management Community.

What you’ll do:
- Lead and set the strategic direction for a portfolio of Supply Chain & Logistics products, owning the long-term vision, product strategy and OKRs to deliver measurable customer, operational and commercial outcomes across the value chain.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Technology, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations and Commercial to align priorities, shape investment decisions, and evangelise the product roadmap and value delivered.
- Drive best-in-class, customer-led product development across planning, fulfilment, transport and warehouse capabilities, using market insight, data, experimentation and competitor analysis to ensure resilient, optimised solutions.
- Ensure effective end-to-end product lifecycle management across the domain, including prioritisation, business case development, launch readiness, adoption and ongoing optimisation, with success measures clearly defined and tracked.
- Build, lead and inspire high-performing product teams, acting as a mentor and coach to Product Managers, embedding agile and DevOps ways of working, and fostering a strong product-led culture within Supply Chain & Logistics.
Who you are:
- Extensive experience leading complex digital or technology-enabled products within a Supply Chain & Logistics domain (e.g. planning, warehouse, transport, fulfilment or optimisation).
- Proven ability to define and deliver product strategy at scale, translating customer needs, operational constraints and product health into clear visions, roadmaps and OKRs.
- Strong commercial and analytical capability, with experience building business cases, understanding cost-to-serve and value trade-offs, and demonstrating measurable operational and financial impact.
- Expertise in agile product delivery and DevOps environments, driving iterative value delivery, operational resilience, and continuous improvement across multiple product teams.
- Exceptional leadership, communication and influencing skills, with a track record of building trusted senior relationships, developing talent, and leading product functions in complex enterprise environments.
